A recovery work of Carinyena and Garnatxa Peluda worked in the vineyard and in the winery according to the precepts of agroecology in order to show the uniqueness of this vine harvest.
Facing north, the estate gets sunlight in the morning, and it is protected from the strong west winds in summer and from heat during the ripening season. The wine talks about a fresh, delicate area, with ground slate, granular textures, and about how the vineyard is recovered year after year…
