Les Cousins “Donzell” is not vermouth as we understand it because no alcohol is added, but it is one of the traditional types of vinification that we have learnt for this type of drink. Its image reminds us of vermouth because this is the time of the day we connect this aromatised wine with: aperitif time, with some ice and a slice of orange.
